1 large garlic clove, smashed with side of knife and peeled
1/4 cup water
1 Tbl. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. table salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 sprays cooking spray
Instructions
Place parsley, cilantro, garlic, water, vinegar,
oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in bowl of a
blender or food processor. Blend on high, pulsing,
until a smooth sauce is formed.
This can also be made by hand by finely mincing all
the ingredients and whisking or shaking in a small
mason jar. Feel free to substitute whatever fresh
herbs you have on hand.
Weight Watchers Points Value- 1 point (if serving is between 1/4 to 1/3
cup). Less than 1/4 cup used = 0 points.
Drizzle a tablespoon or two on meat, rice, pasta, wraps, etc. for high
impact flavor with NO points.
