|
beat first two ingredients together. Beat egg yolks then add with carrots & water to the mixture

|
sift dry ingredients together and then stir into wet mixture.

|
beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter
|
|
|
pour batter into an eight cup ring mold
Bake @350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Test with a toothpick to be sure it is baked through.
Remove from mold onto round platter.
