Preheat oven to 225.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks.
Mix all other ingredients in separate bowl.
Gradually add dry ingredients to egg whites, beating with electric mixer for 10 minutes.

Take off of mixer.
Optional- fold in 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
Put wax paper on baking sheets and bake for 45 minutes.

Put wax paper on baking sheets.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the baking sheets.
|
|
|
Bake for 45 minutes until they come easily off the paper. They may look a bit glossy.
