1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Prepare Mac & Cheese Dinner as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until lightly browned and cooked through. Reduce heat to medium; stir in tomatoes and soup. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Add Mac & Cheese Dinner; stir until well blended. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
