In a dish, combine salt, flour, and pepper. Coat each chicken piece completely with flour mixture. Shake off excess. In skillet, melt butter, add olive oil. Add chicken and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until cooked through, turning once.
Remove chicken from skillet. In same skillet, combine chicken broth, wine, and lemon juice. Boil sauce until it is reduced by one third. (about 3-5 minutes).
Top chicken with sauce. Sprinkle with capers. Garnish with sliced lemon.

Great with garlic mashed potatoes and sauted spinach or green beans.
