Heat oven to 375. Coat a bundt pan with nonstick spray. Mix the
sugar and orange peel in a small bowl.

Open cans of rolls and set icing aside. Cut each roll in quarters;
lightly coat with nonstick spray. Dip in sugar mixture, then arrange
evenly in pan. Press down gently. Bake 35 minutes until almost
doubled in volume and lightly browned.

Cool in pan on a wire rack for 2 minutes. Place serving plate on
pan. Invert. Remove pan and let bread cool for 5 minutes.

|
Scrape icing into a sturdy plastic food bag. Snip tip off one corner
and pipe icing on bread. Serve warm, pulling off pieces.
