1/2 cup almonds, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

4 cups quick oats
|

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt
|

1/3 cup butter
|
|
1/4 cup honey
|
|
1 cup dried fruits (cranberries, blueberries, dates...)

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 375. In 9 x 13 pan mix nuts, oats, brown sugar,
cinnamon and salt.
|

In a bowl melt butter. Stir in honey.
|
|
|
Pour butter mixture over oat mixture and stir until mixture is
evenly coated.
|
|
|
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 10
minutes.
