Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix melted butter and graham cracker crumbs to make a crust in the bottom of a long glass dish.
Add a layer of peanut butter chips and chocolate chips to top. Add a layer of coconut. Add another layer of peanut butter and chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk evenly over the top.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. If desired, melt 1/2 tsp of crisco with chocolate chips to make a chocolate drizzle for the top of the bars.
