8 oz. boiled noodles (extra fine & cut/Mrs. Grass brand is good)
1 t vanilla
4 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1 C milk (I use skim)
1/4 lb. butter (can use margarine)
8 oz. cream cheese (can use Neufchatel)
Instructions
melt 1/4 lb. butter in baking dish in oven. Soften 8 oz. cream
cheese. Whip eggs. Add sugar, milk, and cheese. Beat. Add
cooked/drained noodles. Pour into baking dish. Cover with corn
flake crumbs, sugar & cinnamon.
Can make 1/2 pan or doubled into 9X12 pan (I use pyrex pans so I
can see the sides through the glass). Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1
1/2 hrs. Top will be golden brown. Sides will be bubbling. Let set
for a big before cutting it.
