3 c Dry Whole Wheat Noodles, any shape

1 c Frozen Peas
|

1 c Broccoli pieces
|

1 c Cottage Cheese
|

1/2 c Cheddar Cheese, grated

1/4 c Whole Milk

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Cook noodles until tender. While they are cooking combine peas and broccoli and cook until broccoli is tender.
|

|
Put cooked veggies in a medium size bowl and add cooked and drained noodles and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine well and serve.
