Cover mushroom plus 2 to 3 inches more of water and simmer for 1 to 2 hours
Make a rue with 2 Tbs. butter, about a 1/4 of the flour thinning with alittle of the cream and add to the mushroom. Do this 4 more times Let this all cook down for 20 min or so.
Rest of cream can be used to thin if it get too thick.
