1/2 of a whole boneless PIT ham
|
|
2 tbsp dijon mustard
|
|
1 cup brown sugar
|
|
1 cup crushed gingersnap cookies
|
|
6 cups pineapple juice
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Score ham and place in deep dish.
Cover with pineapple juice.
Bake at 350 for about 90 mins.

Remove ham and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
|
|
|
Brush ham with dijon mustard.
Gently pat brown sugar onto ham. Do not pack sugar tight.
Pat crushed gingersnaps onto ham.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until glaze is bubbly.
