Combine in large bowl, green onions and angel hair slaw. Put in refrigerator and keep cold.
Mix together, seasoning packet from ramen noodles, sesame seeds, sugar, white vinegar, and salt. Slowly pour in oil adn whisk thoroughly. Sit at room temp. until ready to serve.
Toast almonds on top of stove. Crush ramen noodles in their bag. When ready to serve, add ramen noodles to slaw mixture, whisk dressing together, pur over slaw mixture adn toss thoroughly.
Put in serving blow and top with almonds.
