Prepare and bake the German Chocolate cake mix in a 9X13 pan following directions on the box.Immediately after removing it from the oven, poke holes in th cake with the end of a wooden spoon. Sprinkel the briddle chips over the cake trying to fill the holes. Pour the can of sweetened condensed milk on top and let cool. Ice with Cool Whip and sprinkle heath bar chips on top.
