1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, tossed lightly with flour
cinnamon
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. maple syrup
6 T. butter, melted
8 eggs
Instructions
Grease 9x13x2 inch glass baking dish. Layer 1/2 bread cubes and scatter cubed cream cheese over bread, then scatter blueberries, and finally, remaining bread cubes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Mix milk with eggs, syrup and butter. Pour over bread and press with spatula to soak liquid into dry. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
