cream the butter and sugar together and then add the eggs and
vanilla; mix well. Add the flour, cream of tartar, salt, and soda, and
mix well. Chill for 30 minutes.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out on a floured
surface. Cut into your favorite shapes and bake at 350 until golden.
Let cool for about 7 minutes and frost or sprinkle with sugar.
