Mix hamburger, milk, salt, egg, breadcrumbs, onion and worchestershire sauce. Shape into twenty 1.5 inch balls.
Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally until brown (about 20 minutes). Drain fat and remove meatballs from skillet to cook sauce.
To cook meatballs in stove (alternate method)- Cook meatballs in an ungreased, oblong 13x9 pan at 400° for 20-25 minutes until brown.
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup, vinegar and soy sauce). Heat to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and add meatballs.
Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes. Add green pepper, cover, and simmer for another 5 minutes until crisp tender.
