2 c, chicken or turkey, cooked and cut into small pieces

4 oz. cream cheese

3 T. butter
|
|
2 t. chopped onion
|

2 t. chopped celery
|

1/2 c. Cream of Chicken soup

1 can biscuits

Instructions |
|
|
Saute onion and celery in butter; mix in soup and cream cheese. Add chicken and salt and pepper to taste. Cool slightly.
|

Flatten each biscuit and put as much filling as possible on top; fold in half and seal.
|
|
|
Put on greased cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 8-10 min. or until lightly browned.
