Preheat oven to 375º. In small frying pan, fry bacon till its clear. Add the butter and all other ingredients except for the shrimp. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Wash and clean shrimp (do not remove the shells). Place in open baking dish and pour sauce over the shrimp. Stir well to make sure the shrimp is well covered. Bake for 20 minutes stirring twice during that time. Serve over cooked rice.
