Mix together margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, baking powder, and flour to make sugar cookies. Divide batter into 3 parts.
Line a 8x4-inch loaf pan with waxed paper extended up the sides.
For the first third, make orange with orange paste food coloring. Press into bottom of lines loaf pan. Next layer the second third of white in loaf pan. Last, mix the last third of dough with melted chocolate and layer in the loaf pan.
Remove dough from pan. Cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Cut each slice into 5 wedges. On ungreased cookie sheet, place wedges 1 inch apart.
Bake at 375° for 7 to 9 minutes or until cookies are set and edges are very light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.
