Preheat oven to 375 F. Stir together in large mixing bowl 2 cups of flour & the yeast. In a medium saucepan heat & stir milk, sugar, butter & salt just until warm (120 to 130 F) and butter almost melts. Add the milk mixture to dry mixture along with eggs. Beat w/ an electric mixer on low to medium speed for 30 seconds, scraping side of bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much of the remaining flour as you can.
