Break up cake in 1-inch pieces and soak with 1/2 cup of the kahlua in a bowl. Make vanilla pudding using 1/4 Kahlua and 1 3/4 cups milk. Make chocolate pudding the same way.
In a glass serving bowl put a layer of cake pieces, spread a layer of chocolate and vanilla pudding, and then a layer of Cool Whip. Repear the layers and top with the grated chocolate bar.
