Put flour on plate and coat pork chops. Brown chops in a lightly greased skillet.

Combine gravy mix and water as directd on pkg. Pour gravy over pork chops and stir in the sliced onions. Cover the pan and simmer for 30 mins. Uncover and simmer for 10 more minutes.

Cover the pan and simmer for 30 mins. Uncover and simmer for 10 more minutes. Remove pork chops to serving platter.

|
Add mushrooms and sour cream to the gravy mixture and heat over low heat for 3 mins. Once mixture is heated, pour over the pork chops.
