combine yeast, 1 cup flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large mising bowl

heat milk and butter in a saucepan to 120 F. Pour over dry ingredients and beat with a mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Gradually add in remaining flour. Mix in raisins and candied fruit.

Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic. Place dough in a lightly greased b, owl; turn so greased side is up. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85-90degree) until double in size about 1 to 11/2 hours.

Shape dough into balls about the size of golf balls. Place balls in rows on a lightly greased baking sheet. Let rise again until almost doubled in bulk. (about 35 minutes). bake in a 375 oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on racks. For glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk together and drizzle over tops of buns forming a cross design
