Marinate chicken tenders 20 min. in 1/4 cup dressing.
|

|
While chicken is marinating, prepare spinach and place in large bowl. Add pineapple,oranges, chopped onion and craisins.
|
|
|
Saute or grill chicken and chop into bite sized pieces. Add to salad at the last minute. Top with nuts.
|
|
|
Add salad dressing over top, toss lightly, sprinkle on feta cheese and serve.
