Place whole cabbage in large pot and cook to a boil.
While cabbage is cooking, prepare meat mixture in a bowl. Add tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, onions, rice and seasonings to meat.
Mix thoroughly.

As cabbage leaves cook, remove and lay in large baking pan to cool. When cooled spoon meat and rice mixture into leaves. Begin rolling by folding rib side first, stuff in edges, and roll.
Reserve about 1 cup of meat mixture for sauce.

Add 1 1/2 cups of water to remaining meat mixture and pour over top of cabbage rolls.
Cover and cook for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.

|
|
Cut remaining cabbage in half and continue cooking on low to use as a side dish.
Serve cooked cabbage with butter and salt.

For and extra kick add salsa. This dish provides meat, starch and veggie. A perfect accompaniment is Fried Dinner Rolls (see recipe in Breads)
