12 ( 1 1/2 8-oz pkgs) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 pound (about 2 cups) confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
With an electri mixer, beat the butter and cream cheese until well combined. Add the confectioners' sugar and beat until creamy. Beat in the vanilla and lemon juice
