In a large bowl, combine peeled cooked potatoes, white sugar, salt, eggs, margarine milk and vanilla.
Whip with a hand mixer until mixture is fluffy. Spread into a baking dish.
Prepare the topping- Combine the brown sugar, flour, nuts coconut and margarine in a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 - 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Be careful that the crust does not burn.
