Beat brown sugar and butter in mixer bowl until light and fluffy, stir in baking mix and walnuts until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Press remaining crumb mixture into greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Cream sugar and cream cheese in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add lemon juice, milk, vanilla and egg, beating until smooth. Spread over baked layer; sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Cut into 2 inch bars. Store in refrigerator.
