1 can (46oz) lemon-pink Hawaiian Punch (regular Hawaiian Punch or canned pink-grapefruit juice)
2 cans (6 oz. each) of frozen pineapple juice concentrate
Ice
36oz of carbonated H2O, chilled
Fresh mint Sprigs
Instructions
Put gelatin in 1 pt. measure and add enough hot water to fill measure. Stir until dissolved. Put in punch bowl with next three ingredients and two cups of water; chill.
When ready to serve, add ice and carbonated H2O. Stir and serve at once with mint sprigs floating on top.
