Lightly spray large cookie sheet.
Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla with spoon or mixer until smooth Add flour and oats. Combine well. Press into the bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375 until golden. Cool slightly.
Make topping - melt chocolate and butter over hot not boiling water. Spread over warm cookie crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut into squares while still warm. Cool completely. Makes 4 dozen.
