2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
|

1 pound Jimmy Dean Sausage, Bold and Spicy
|

10 oz cheddar cheese, grated

OR

1 lb sausage (Jimmy Dean)

8 oz cream cheese
|
|
1 1/4 cup Bisquick
|
|
4 oz cheddar cheese shredded
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix the grated cheese with the Bisquick.
|
|
|
Blend in the sausage. Roll into 1 inch balls.
|
|
|
Bake on a greased cookie sheet, 350 oven for about 15 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve warm. A honey mustard dip is really good.
|
