Broiled Lemon & Garlic Tiger Prawns

1-1/2 lb. Tiger Prawns, peeled & deveined
|
|
1 c. Butter
|
|
1 tsp. minced garlic
|
|
1-1/2 T. lemon juice
|
|
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Pre-heat oven on broiler setting. Butterfly prawns on underside. Arrange prawns on broiler pan.
|
|
|
In saucepan, melt butter with garlic and lemon juice. Pour 1/4 butter mixture into a small bowl and brush on prawns. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
|
|
|
Place broiler pan on top rack and broil prawns 5-6 minutes, or until done. Serve with remaining butter mixture for dipping.
