Put powder milk throught the food processor to make the granuals very fine. In a bowl, conbine milk powder with sugar. Stir butter into boiling water until melted; pour into sugar mixture.

Using an electric mixer, beat for about 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.

|
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or until thickened. Mix before using.

I use this for any recipes that call for condensed milk. In particular, I make it times 4 for for 3 batches of Grandma Britton's Homemade Toffee.
