Measure the flour in to a bowl and sprinkle the salt on top.
Add the shortening and cut in until it looks like the size of peas.

Add cold water 2 to 3 T. at a time and allow it to soak in after each
application.
|
|
|
When a ball forms, turn it out and roll.
|
|
|
Put into a pie pan, prick, flute it and bake at 400 degrees for 15
minutes.
