Mix granulated sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Stir in water until well-blended. Add 1 cup of blueberrues.
Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until berries release their juices. Remove from heat and stir in remaining berries. Cool to room temperature.
Beat cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in bowl until blended. Spread over bottom of pie crust. Cover with berry mixture. Refrigerate2 hours.
