thick bacon slices (can partially cook in microwave first)
Glaze-
1 cup light brown sugar
1stick melted butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Steam green beans and then place in ice water bath to cool. Drain. Wrap 8-10 green beans in a bacon slice and attach with a toothpick. Lay bundles in a 9x13 pan.
Combine the glaze ingredients and pour over bundles. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and bacon is cooked.
