1. Push the biscuit into the wholes in a muffin pan. The biscuits should cover the bottom and sides, like a cup.
2. Mix the cooked meat with the barbecue sauce and about a teaspoon of brown sugar (sometimes I don't use the brown sugar if I get a sweet bbq sauce).
3. Spoon the mixture into the cups and top with the shredded cheddar cheese. Cook for about 12 minutes at the temperature listed on the biscuit package.
