Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix all biscuit ingredients until dough forms. Beat 20 strokes. Turn onto floured work surface. Gently roll to coat. Shape into ball and knead 10 times.
Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2.5 inch biscuit cutter dipped in flour.
Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
