Take fish sauterne and salt and combine. Marinate about 2 hrs. Drain well on paper towels. Dip fillets in fine, dry bread crumbs. Arrange in greased baking dish.
Then mix together the mayo, sour cream and onion and spread evenly ove fish. Cover with thin layer of crumbs and dust with paprika. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
