3 eggs, beaten

3/4 c. brown sugar

Instructions |
|
|
Line 9-inch pie plate with pastry and flute edges.
Place apples in bottom of crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over apples.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 1 hour. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream.
