Place drained tomatoes in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Wearing rubber gloves, slice peppers in half and remove seeds and caspian (the white part the seeds are attached to).
Finely mince the peppers - you don't want to bite into a large chunk! Add to tomatoes.
Stir in the celery, onion, and cilantro. Stir in the cumin, salt, and pepper.
Now for the SUPER SECRET ingredient...mix and squish thoroughly by hand (while still wearing your gloves).
Wash your gloved hands VERY thoroughly before touching ANYTHING.
Cover salsa and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
