|
Simmer chicken until tender in about a quart of water. Cut chicken in pieces and arrange in large pir plate.

Pour chicken gravy made by blending flour with fat and stock. Season to taste.
|
|
|
Cover with favorite pie crust or biscut dough.
|
|
|
Bake until crust is crispy brown.
