|
Cook first 7 ingredients in crock pot until meat falls apart. Remove from crock pot to large dish and cool slightly.

|
Remove excess fat and gristle. Shred pork. Drain some of the cooking juice, but leave enough to make a juicy simmer sauce.
|
|
|
Return pork to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer in this sauce until warm, at least 10-15 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve warm on buns, with cole slaw if desired.
