Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Pour into an empty shaker (this makes 7 tsp, enough to season at least 10-12 steaks).
When you are cooking your steaks, top with melted lemon butter, sprinkle some seasoning on both sides of the steak. Cook and then repeat right before you remove from the grill.
This is by far the best steak seasoning I've ever found and tastes very similar to the Prairie Dust seasoning at Longhorn.
