Preheat broiler. In small bowl, mix 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and cinnamon. Sprinkle on the chicken. Put chicken skin side down on broiler pan, and broil about 6 in from the heat for 15 min. Turn, and broil until skim is crisp and brown, ~15 min more.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together cucumber, yogurt, sour cream, cilantro, cumin, and 1/4 tsp each S&P. Serve chicken hot, with raita on the side.
