     Bread Stuffing

1 loaf bread
1 can chicken broth
1 cup butter
1 cups celery (inc leaves)
cup onion
1 TBS salt
1 tsp pepper
1 TBS sage
Poultry seasoning to taste
4 Chicken breasts

Tear bread and leave out to harden. Boil chicken in 1 can chicken broth and 1 can of water until no longer pink (45min)
Simmer butter, onions and celery until desired tenderness. Place bread in skillet to soak up bread. Dump in bowl.
Add rest of bread and chicken. Stir. Add some broth, little at time, add seasoning and mix well.
Cook in casserole dish covered 350 for 45 to 60 min.
