Tear bread and leave out to harden.
Boil chicken in 1 can chicken broth and 1 can of water until no longer pink (45min)

Simmer butter, onions and celery until desired tenderness. Place bread in skillet to soak up bread. Dump in bowl.

|
Add rest of bread and chicken. Stir. Add some broth, little at time, add seasoning and mix well.
|
|
|
Cook in casserole dish covered 350 for 45 to 60 min.
