Lightly flour chicken with salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. [optional- you can dip chicken in egg before flouring]
Bake at 350 in olive oil for 15 minutes- turn chicken over- and pour sauce and cooking wine over chicken then bake for another 25 minutes- take out sprinkle with parmesan cheese and mozz. cheese- bake for another 10 minutes.
