16 jumbo pasta shells, cooked according to pkg directions
1 lb lean ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 (16oz) can refried beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16oz) jar salsa
Instructions
Cook beef in large skillet until no longer pink, drain. Add seasoning mix and water. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add beans and ¾ cup cheese; mix well.
Spread ¼ cup salsa over bottom of 9x13” pan. Fill pasta shells with beef mixture; place shells in baking dish, filled side up. Spoon remaining salsa and cheese over shells.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
